These high protein breakfast oats, are a mix of white choc mylk chips and berries, together with our Plant-based Berry Blast Protein and oats. Try this one for an awesome kickstart to your day!

Ingredients

1/3 cup gluten free quick oats
1/3 cup almond milk
2 heap tbsp Bondi Organics Berry Blast Plant-based Protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
Vegan white choc mylk chips
Coconut yoghurt
Fresh berries (blueberries & strawberries)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except coconut yoghurt (leave some fresh berries for toppings)
2. Spoon into a ramekin and bake for 25mins at 180C
3. Top with coconut yoghurt and fresh berries!
